Two Kiryat Motzkin Teens Indicted Over Alleged Work for Iranian Agent

Prosecutors filed an indictment in Haifa District Youth Court against two Kiryat Motzkin minors, ages 14 and 16, alleging that they performed tasks for a foreign agent acting for Iran in exchange for payment. The indictment alleges that one teenager connected in June through a Telegram job-seeking group with a user calling himself “Daniel.” Prosecutors say the tasks included photographing sites, spray-painting graffiti and trying to recruit other minors. One defendant allegedly photographed shopping centers in the Herzliya and Tel Aviv areas and reported one mall’s entrances, exits and number of security guards.
