Senior Israeli Official Rules Out Turkish and Qatari Roles in Gaza Security

A senior Israeli official said Israel wants the current Gaza diplomatic plan implemented, but implementation requires Hamas to disarm and reconstruction must remain linked to demilitarization. The official said Israel's proposed 15-point roadmap does not align with President Donald Trump's 20-point plan and reported no progress on disarmament. Israel rules out Turkish or Qatari roles in an International Stabilization Force or Gaza security, while it regards Turkey as an economic and legal adversary without seeking direct conflict. The official also said Israel opposes withdrawing from Syria's buffer zone or allowing Turkish bases south of existing lines.
