IDF Seizes Nine Rifles and Pistol From Drone Crossing Jordan Border

The IDF said its observers and air-control personnel detected a drone crossing Israel's eastern border overnight Monday in an attempted weapons smuggling operation. Soldiers from the Yoav Brigade were dispatched to the area and found the drone carrying nine Kalashnikov-type rifles, magazines and a pistol. The weapons were transferred to security forces for further handling, the military said. The IDF said it would continue operations to stop weapons smuggling along the eastern border and protect Israeli civilians.
