Israel’s security cabinet is reportedly scheduled to meet on Sunday, October 4, for a broad briefing on developments across several fronts. Ministers are expected to review Iran and its regional proxies, Lebanon and Gaza, Syria and Judea and Samaria, the confrontation between the Houthis and Saudi Arabia, and the consequences of the Flydubai incident. The planned meeting follows heightened security vigilance and Netanyahu’s warning that Israel’s adversaries could seek to attack before the election. Security officials said there was currently no specific warning of an imminent Iranian attack.
