Blue and White Candidates Complete Withdrawal, Ballot Slips Ordered Removed

All candidates on Blue and White’s list for the 26th Knesset have signed to withdraw their candidacies, the party announced on Wednesday, October 21. Polling-station secretaries were subsequently instructed to remove the party’s ballot slips. Party chairman Benny Gantz met Central Elections Committee chairman Justice Noam Sohlberg earlier on Wednesday morning and thanked him for safeguarding electoral integrity. The committee said the list would not contest the election following the legally completed withdrawals. Any Blue and White ballot slips found during counting would be treated as invalid.
