Eisenkot Says Ra'am Will Not Be Part of His Next Government

Yashar! chairman Gadi Eisenkot said in a television interview on Saturday that Ra'am will not be part of the next government under his leadership. He said no Arab or Haredi party, including Mansour Abbas's Ra'am, currently accepts his conditions: a Jewish and democratic state, the Declaration of Independence, mandatory service, and recognizing Hamas as a terror organization that must be destroyed. Eisenkot said he is aiming for 63 to 65 seats. He also said Netanyahu's 2019 decision not to halt Qatari payments after a Shin Bet warning that Hamas's military wing was taking $4 million of a $15 million transfer was "between embezzlement and treason" and must be investigated.
