Pro-Palestinian Demonstrators March Through London on October 7 Anniversary Weekend

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched through central London on October 10, during the third-anniversary week of the October 7 terrorist attack on Israel. The march assembled at the Embankment at noon local time. In conditions announced the previous day, the Metropolitan Police required speeches and music to finish by 5:30 p.m. and the Whitehall assembly to end by 6:30 p.m. Deputy Assistant Commissioner Carl Galvin said officers would safeguard lawful protest, limit disruption and enforce hate-crime laws; a separate Stop The Hate counterassembly outside New Scotland Yard faced a 2:30 p.m. deadline.
