Bennett Says He Attended More Than 500 Funerals and Condolence Visits Since October 7

Naftali Bennett said in an October 9 post that he had attended more than 500 funerals and condolence visits since October 7. Describing encounters with parents who lost sons and daughters, he said listening to their stories had changed him. He said bereaved families had described feeling isolated because other people did not know how to approach them or speak with them. Bennett also said families he had met asked for greater unity and an end to internal division, and pledged to honor their loved ones’ legacy.
