Israeli-UAE Flydubai Investigation Meeting Reportedly Canceled

A meeting between UAE officials and senior Israeli Transport Ministry officials planned for this week was reportedly canceled Sunday, leaving Flydubai attack-investigation findings unpresented to Israel. Shin Bet and National Security Council representatives had been expected to participate. Israel's ministry completed an initial inquiry, but important details remained missing and the cancellation's reason was unclear. The Ben Gurion–Dubai route remained suspended. In its October 1 account, the UAE Foreign Ministry said flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Tel Aviv landed safely in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and prosecutors were assigned the investigation with Saudi authorities' cooperation.
