Airports Authority and Histadrut Open New Cooperation Track Ahead of Tishrei Rush

Israel Airports Authority, the Histadrut and the authority’s workers committee agreed to open a new cooperation track after a joint meeting with the Finance Ministry wage commissioner. The parties committed to maintaining proper, uninterrupted operations and passenger service through the Tishrei holiday rush. They also agreed to accelerate recruitment under the authority’s existing hiring plan and deepen talks on its future, development and efficiency. The statement praised employees who kept working during wartime alerts and missile attacks, and described the agreement as a basis for partnership, trust and respectful dialogue.
