Saudi Civil Defense said potential-danger alerts for Riyadh and nearby Al-Kharj had ended after warning residents in both areas. The agency told the public to keep following Civil Defense instructions, avoid gathering or filming, and call 911 in an emergency. The notice did not identify what triggered the alerts, and the verified report gave no information about casualties, damage or an interception. The all-clear was reported at 3:19 a.m. Israel time on September 19, after the initial warning was issued shortly after 3 a.m.
