Abraham Accords Officials Meet in New York, Welcome Kazakhstan's Coming Accession

Senior officials from Bahrain, Israel, Kazakhstan, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates met U.S. Under Secretary of State Allison Hooker in New York on Thursday to discuss the future of the Abraham Accords and deeper regional cooperation. The N7 Foundation, which convened the roundtable under its chairman Jeffrey M. Talpins, said it was the first meeting of the Accords countries since January 2023 and the first official engagement to include Kazakhstan. The officials welcomed Kazakhstan's forthcoming accession to the Accords and stressed the importance of tangible outcomes on shared priorities. N7 President Oren Eisner said the discussion focused on strengthening existing relationships and welcoming new partners.
