Israel Railways Plans Extra Jerusalem–Tel Aviv Trains for Election Day

Israel Railways plans to run three trains an hour in each direction between Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon and Tel Aviv on Tuesday, October 27, increasing the usual frequency of two trains an hour for Election Day. The extra service is scheduled from 12:00 to 20:00 to meet anticipated passenger demand. The additional hourly train will begin and end its journey at Tel Aviv HaHagana. The timetable announcement accompanies previously announced arrangements for free train travel from 20:00 on Monday, October 26, until the end of Election Day service.
