Herzog and Opposition Leaders Condemn Smotrich AI Judiciary Video

Religious Zionism released an AI-generated campaign video titled ‘Freeing the Blockage,’ depicting Supreme Court President Isaac Amit, Justice Daphne Barak-Erez and Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara being dragged from a road protest. President Isaac Herzog, speaking at a Jerusalem ceremony for 79 judges and registrars, said elections are not civil war and rejected violence and attacks on judicial independence. Yashar chairman Gadi Eisenkot called the video despicable and violent, while Democrats chairman Yair Golan called it dangerous incitement. The party platform proposes changes to the attorney general’s office, judicial appointments, constitutional review, standing and senior appointments.
