Netanyahu Accuses Ronen Bar of Concealing Quotes and Meeting Records

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused former Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar on Thursday evening of concealing quotations and meeting records, sharing a video report about security discussions before October 7. The report presents excerpts it attributes to cabinet discussions on January 5 and February 12, 2023, and an April 4 briefing attributed to Bar. Its material concerns assessments of Hamas and Netanyahu’s positions before the war. Netanyahu’s post makes the concealment allegation; it does not provide the underlying original records for independent examination.
