Boaz Bismuth accused former military secretary Avi Gil and intelligence officials of delaying information to the prime minister before the October 7 attack. In a statement published on October 8, he alleged that they held information from 03:55 but called at 06:29. He said their silence left Israeli soldiers abandoned at the front during critical hours. Bismuth also accused them of conducting a campaign of lies against the prime minister instead of accepting responsibility for failures in real-time reporting.
