Yotam Zimri Calls Eisenkot a “Monkey” During Channel 14 Broadcast

Channel 14 panelist Yotam Zimri called Gadi Eisenkot, the leader of Yashar!, a “monkey” during Sunday evening’s broadcast. While discussing Donald Trump’s endorsement of Benjamin Netanyahu, Zimri spoke in English and presented a mocking version of Trump’s message, directing the insult at Eisenkot. The wording was Zimri’s, rather than a quotation from Trump’s endorsement. In a separate post that evening, Eisenkot condemned what he described as another evening of racism on Channel 14 and urged voters to support his party on October 27.
