Vance Declines to Endorse Netanyahu, Says He Is Staying Out of Israeli Election

U.S. Vice President JD Vance declined to endorse Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during an interview with Mark Halperin on Monday, according to Halperin’s account to the traveling press pool. Halperin said Vance explained that his endorsements focus on American candidates and that he was staying out of Israeli elections. The interviewer described the exchange to reporters before the program was released. Halperin also told the pool that technical problems had delayed the interview’s planned release by one hour.
