Netanyahu Releases Trump Call in Which President Says He Wrote Endorsement Himself

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released footage on October 19 of a telephone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump following Trump's election endorsement. In the recording, Netanyahu thanks Trump for backing him, while Trump says he wrote the endorsement personally rather than having someone else compose it. Trump also says he expects Netanyahu to win and wants the Israeli prime minister alongside him. In the message accompanying the footage, Netanyahu says the two leaders will remove the Iranian threat together and urges voters to support Likud.
