IDF Personnel Begin Voting at Bases and Outposts Across All Sectors

IDF soldiers and commanders began voting on Wednesday at bases and outposts across all sectors, the military said. Its announcement described more than 850 polling stations spanning Mount Hermon and Eilat as well as deployments in Lebanon, Syria and Gaza. The voting is for the 26th Knesset. About a quarter of the military polling stations are mobile, intended to reach regular-service personnel and reservists during operational activity. Voting is scheduled to continue until election day, subject to operational needs, and the chief military elections officer, Colonel Vered Ben Yehuda, emphasized enabling personnel to cast a secret ballot.
