Saudi Arabia Welcomes Gaza Arms Deal and Full Israeli Withdrawal

Saudi Arabia welcomed President Donald Trump's announced agreement to decommission weapons in Gaza and praised his leadership and commitment to the process. The Foreign Ministry said the agreement should be implemented in a timely, credible and irreversible way through all its agreed phases. Riyadh also called for the full withdrawal of Israeli forces, deployment of an international stabilization force, continued humanitarian access and reconstruction. It said the process should advance Palestinian self-determination and an independent state living peacefully beside Israel, while delivering regional security, stability and prosperity.
