Golan Rejects Unity With Netanyahu in Message to Herzog

Yair Golan rejected a unity government with Benjamin Netanyahu in a Hebrew message to President Isaac Herzog on October 12. Addressing Herzog as “Bougie,” Golan said there would be no unity government with Netanyahu. He accused anyone even considering such an arrangement of “stabbing Israel’s democratic public in the back.” His message directed that criticism at Herzog personally while expressing a categorical rejection of unity with Netanyahu.
