Vizhnitz-Merkaz Reportedly Joins Belz–Shlomei Emunim Cooperation Pact

Vizhnitz-Merkaz has reportedly agreed to join the political cooperation alignment of Belz and Shlomei Emunim within Agudat Yisrael. Elikim Stark, Belz’s new representative on the United Torah Judaism list, and Shlomo Greenberger, chair of Vizhnitz-Merkaz’s political committee, signed the agreement Monday evening, October 12. The reported pact follows extended negotiations and covers cooperation in future election campaigns, including municipal elections, with Elad mentioned as a possible arena. Senior Vizhnitz-Merkaz figures also expressed gratitude to Agudat Yisrael’s Central Faction for its past help and said friendship and cooperation with it would continue.
