Gur Rebbe Reportedly Urges Followers to Vote for United Torah Judaism

The Gur Rebbe has reportedly instructed his followers to vote for United Torah Judaism, after an agreement within the party was reached on Saturday evening. The instruction, dated Saturday night, asks supporters to choose the list identified by the Hebrew ballot letter gimel (ג), which includes Agudat Yisrael. It is scheduled to appear in Sunday's edition of Hamodia, following several days in which no voting call in the Rebbe's name had appeared. The reported instruction follows a dispute over Gur's place in future coalition executive roles and its relationship with Degel HaTorah.
