Iran's Military Spokesman Says Trump and Netanyahu Will Be Punished Even After War Ends

Brig. Gen. Abolfazl Shekarchi, the senior spokesman of Iran's armed forces, said in an interview on Iranian state television Saturday evening that "Trump and Netanyahu are murderers and will be punished." He added that even with the end of the war, Iran would not let go of those he called the killers of its "martyred Imam" and of the Iranian nation. Shekarchi said any ship passing through the Strait of Hormuz outside the Iranian route "will have no security" and that the United States would "get a slap" if it intervened there. He said Iran's missiles and drones were more advanced and that "the will of the Islamic Republic is the destruction of its enemies."
