Ofer Winter Says He Will Stay in Election Race and Rejects Karhi’s Attack

Amcha Yisrael chairman Ofer Winter said on Monday that he would continue running in the election, rejecting calls to withdraw. He also responded to Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi, challenging the minister’s portrayal of him and his authority to judge other people’s patriotism. Winter cited his service as a Givati Brigade commander and IDF fighter in making that response. He rejected the idea that any person owns the political right.
