Law Firm Reviews Compensation Claims for Israeli Flydubai Passengers

Motley Rice is examining possible compensation claims by Israeli passengers following the September 30 attack aboard an Israel-bound Flydubai flight. The review includes whether proceedings could be brought in the United States rather than Israel under the Montreal Convention. The flight carried 174 Israeli passengers, including dozens of minors. Aviation lawyer Ehud Fai said compensation would depend on proving the incident, each passenger’s harm and a causal connection. The reported examination of claims does not establish that a lawsuit has been filed or that passengers have been awarded compensation.
