U.S. President Donald Trump claimed Saturday that Iran was virtually giving up plans for a nuclear weapon, while saying he still had a decision to make about the country. Speaking to reporters on the White House South Lawn before departing for Ohio, he described Iran as severely weakened and warned that the outcome would come “the easy way or the hard way.” He reiterated that Iran could not have a nuclear weapon. His brief remarks did not identify an Iranian agreement or specify the decision he would take.
