The IDF said troops detained two suspects who rode a motorcycle toward an Israeli military post in the security area of southern Syria on Monday. Forces quickly identified the pair and began a suspect-arrest procedure that included firing toward them, according to the military's statement. Both suspects were detained, and no IDF personnel were injured. The statement did not identify the suspects or report whether they were injured. The IDF said it would continue operating in the security area to remove threats to Israeli civilians and its forces.
