Each country's score is the balance of our articles about its relationship with Israel: the share that was positive against the share that was negative, with each article weighted one to three by how much the event matters and newer articles counting more (an article's weight halves every six months). Every country starts from a small, even allowance on each side, so a country with little coverage stays near 50. A score of 50 is an even balance and 100 would be entirely positive.
