Arkia announced that it is canceling its Dubai rescue flights after authorities in the United Arab Emirates withdrew operating permits for Israeli airlines. The carrier said its authorization had remained valid until Tuesday, before a cancellation decision arrived that evening. Israeli airlines’ remaining rescue flights had been scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, October 7 and 8. Arkia promised passengers a full refund of their ticket price and a 10% discount on flights to Israel from another destination it serves, provided they reach that destination independently.
